Byram, MS – “Live Adventurous”! Jackson Motor Speedway and J & R Restaurant Group Inc. are proud to announce a corporate sponsorship agreement for the 2012 race season. J & R’s Outback Steakhouse brand will become the Official Steakhouse of Jackson Motor Speedway as well as be the title sponsor of the August 18th Cajun Sprint Car event. Outback Steakhouse will also be an associate sponsor of the Cajun Sprint Car event on June 9th.
